"November 30, 2007 Meridian Metal Roofing completed putting on a 29 gauge Galvalume clay colored roof on our house. It was installed over two layers of asphalt/glass shingles.

We are extremely pleased with all phases of our transaction with Meridian. Jon Taylor came to our house to estimate the cost and to answer our questions. We are the first in Harrods Hill subdivision to have a metal roof, and we had plenty of questions. Jon is very knowledgeable about the product and the installation process and answered all our questions fully.

My first contact with Meridian was with their office manager Naomi, She gave me some initial information, and scheduled Jon’s visit and collected our payments as they became due.

The material was delivered on time and the installation crew completed the job in two days. They were supervised by Rod Bingham who checked on their process several time each day. The workers were courteous and the job done in a quality manner. All debris was cleaned up at the completion of the job. We had a downspout came loose after they left. I called after hours on Friday evening. Early the following Monday morning workers cam and fixed the problem.

A few days later a letter came form Jon Taylor along with the Warranty and Energy savings guarantee.

"I just wanted to let you know how thrilled I am with my new metal roof.

I had notices your advertisement in a magazine and pretty much decided that I wanted a metal roof for my home, so I did some research on-line and decided to call you.

Naomi Nefertari answered the phone and was quite helpful with all of my questions and we had a pleasant chat about my neighborhood. She set me up for an appointment with a sales representative the very next day.

Your Sales Manager, Jon Taylor, arrived promptly for our appointment; I didn’t let him know I had already decided to purchase a metal roof! He was very likable and a very pleasant salesman and quickly sold me on your company. One could tell he is very passionate about his product and company y his enthusiasm and his knowledge of the roofing process and material specifics.

Jon measured the roof to get the square footage and gave me the price of the roof. He warned me in advance that a metal roof would be two to three times the cost of a shingled roof (which I already knew). I thought the price was very fair. Jon offered me several different payment options and I chose financing. The application form was a breeze and I knew within an hour after he left that I was approved. I am extremely happy with the terms of the financing.
The construction guys called when I was told they would. Three gentlemen, led by Rod Bingham, came and measured the roof so the material was ordered. While having a chat with Rod, we discovered he went to High School with my sister-in-law. Having that little connection made me feel that Rod would see to it that his crew would do excellent work on my roof.

The actual construction began on Friday. Patrick (sorry, I don’t know his last name) was the crew foreman and a great fellow. He acted in a professional manner and was very nice to answer all of my questions about the process. The roof was finished in four days. Surprisingly, there was very little noise during the construction and not much debris generated. It was wonderful that they did not have to remove all the shingles. When Patrick finished, he said I had a bulletproof roof and I believe him!

I was very curious to know how the roof would sound during a rainstorm. The day after the roof was finished we had a major downpour and it was actually quieter than my old roof!

Your guarantee is fantastic – 100 years and it even passes on to the next owner of my house. It very comforting to know that if anything goes wrong you will take care of it. I am really looking forward to the 35 – 40% energy savings and I feel good about going a little greener.

Quite a few people in my neighborhood have commented on my new roof and they all think it’s very cool. I’m one of your best PR people because I’ve told all of them and other friend and acquaintances they need to get a new metal roof from you."
